I worked with Dick for approx. 10 years (1978-1988) at Konalrad in Columbus Grove, up to the time the plant closed. I did not have enough seniority to continue working at the Pandora plant. Dick was in maintenance and I was in the mixing dept. You could not of asked for a nicer guy to work with. I would see him cruising the streets off and on after that, and a while back, we were both at Tonyâ€™s in Ottawa at the same time. Dick didnâ€™t recognize me at first, but it had been over 30 years since I had spoke with him. I just turned 69, and would have to say that we lost another one much too soon! R.I.P. Dick.
