I want to offer my sincere condolences to Elmer's family at this sad time. I didn't know Elmer well, but we interacted at the tank plant on many occasions. I remember him as a firm man of resolve and purpose, but he was also a sweet, gentle man of good humor. The last time I saw him was several years ago while we were both waiting for our cars to be serviced. We had a very pleasant time catching up. May our Lord and Savior give you comfort and peace.
