He was such a good neighbor to Mom and Dad and I loved talking to him at the Legion. I am sorry for OUR loss.
Sincere condolences to Dick's family. Don't know if Marge will remember us but she was our real estate agent in Liverpool NY in 1987. We kept in contact after we moved to Indiana and then here to Ottawa. She had told us then that her family lived in Grove and that Dick was our Commissioner. After awhile we lost touch but often remember her "down home attitude and values". She was a great help to us and that speaks well of the entire family. May God wrap his arms around you all and give you peace.
