My heart aches to hear this news. Steve cut my whole family's hair. He was the best! To Michael and all Steve's family, you have our deepest sympathies.
We are so sorry to hear about the passing of Steve. My husband and I were clients of Steve at his beauty shop since the time he opened it. We moved to Florida in 2003 and the hardest part in leaving Lima was leaving Steve. Our hearts are broken. Rest In Peace Steve.Kim and Alan Hensley
Ouch. I’m heart torn down the middle. Steven was such a bright light for me in Lima. I became such a loyal customer to Michael as Steven moved into retirement. As the tears drip, and my heart weeps, I already miss his sprite and candor. Peace my dear friend.
Steven was one of the most caring, empathetic people I know. I have missed spending time with both he and Michael at the shop on Elm. He took pride in everything he did. (My hair hasn't been the same since he retired.) Those angels up there are going to have great style... Rest in Peace, Steven. To Michael and all his family, my deepest sympathies..
Devastating loss of an amazing person. Evenings in a chair on Elm Street are permanently etched in my mind and I consider myself fortunate to have know him.

I meet Steven and his partner Michael when we lived on Wayne street... Steven was a very kind and up going person. My wife and I would walk over too there house and admire the back yard. It was awesome what they did. A whole different world in the back yard. We all became good friends and i would clean Steven and Michael vechicals for them... He trusted me with a spare key to his new truck and was a great tipper... LOL. RIP my friend
Glenn and Shirley, I'm so sorry to hear this about Steve. My prayers go out to you all. Love JerryÂ
