Columbus Grove, Ohio Scarlett Jean Bonifas, was granted her angel wings on Sunday, December 6, 2015, while in the arms of her loving parents, at Nationwide Children's Hospital, Columbus, Ohio. She was born on October 13, 2015, at Miami Valley Hospital, Dayton, Ohio, to Cory and Kristen (Nichols) Bonifas, and they survive in Columbus Grove. Scarlett Jean is also survived by her twin brother: Beckett John Bonifas and her sister Emersyn Ann Bonifas, both at home; maternal grandparents: Darryl and Patti Nichols of Elida; paternal grandparents: Louis and Roxy Bonifas of Columbus Grove; maternal great grandpa: P. James Walther of Lima; and paternal great grandparents: Arthur and Alice Bonifas of Delphos. She was preceded in death by maternal great grandparents: E. Ellen Walther and John & Flossie L Nichols; paternal great grandparents: Bernard & Norma Reindel. During her short time here on Earth she touched many lives and was loved deeply by family and friends. Scarlett enjoyed the special occasions when she was able to be held by her parents and receive hugs and kisses from her family. Services will begin at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, December 11, 2015, at Hartman Sons Funeral Home, Columbus Grove, Ohio. Deacon James Dunn will officiate, with burial in Truro Cemetery, Columbus Grove, Ohio. Friends may call on Thursday, December 10, 2012, from 2:00-4:00p.m. and 6:00-8:00p.m., at Hartman Sons Funeral Home. Memorial contributions may be made to the family.
