Columbus Grove, Ohio Rosemary Hoffman, 93, died at 2:37 p.m., Saturday, June 20, 2015, at St. Rita's Medical Center, Lima, Ohio She was born February 3, 1922, in Leipsic, Ohio, to Henry and Philomena (Blotkamp) Baumeier. They both preceded her in death. On May 10, 1944, she married Robert Hoffman, who also preceded her in death on June 20, 1983. Mrs. Hoffman was a homemaker. She was a member of St. Anthony Catholic Church, the Alter Rosary Society of the church, and also a member of the CLC. She enjoyed playing cards and was a member of a neighborhood Pinochle Club for over 40 years. She also enjoyed bowling and was a member of the Hi-Liners Bowling League for over 40 years, and the Rollerettes Bowling League. Rosemary is survived by one son: Gregory (Ruthann) Hoffman, Ellsworth, MI; one daughter: Marcia Ann (Tom) Webster, Pandora, OH; three sisters-in-law: Dolores Meyer, Ottawa, OH, Marie Hoffman, LaBelle, FL, and Mary Louise (Dick) Shilling, Crossville, TN; one brother-in-law: Karl (Rosie) Hoffman, Columbus Grove, OH; four grandchildren: Melanie Hoffman, Jarod (Tracy) Hoffman, McKinsey (Mac) Caraway, and Nathan (Tina) Pingle; and six great grandchildren: Aysia, Brenen, and Isabella Hoffman, Olivia Caraway, and Ava and Aidan Pingle. She was preceded in death by two sisters: Helen Cavanaugh and Dorothy Stechschulte; one brother: Ralph Baumeier; and one great grandchild: Isaac Hoffman. Friends may call from 2:00-8:00 pm on Wednesday, June 24, 2015 at Hartman Sons Funeral Home, Columbus Grove, where a Rosary Service will be held at the close of visitation, by the St. Anthony Church Altar Rosary. Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10:00 am on Thursday, June 25, 2015 at St. Anthony Catholic Church, Columbus Grove, with Father Charles Obinawa officiating. Burial will follow in St. Anthony's Cemetery, Columbus Grove, Ohio. Memorial contributions may be made to an organization of the donor's choice.
