...To say that RaeAnn was "Jesus with skin on" would be quiet accurate. She loved her Lord, and lived her life serving Him by loving people. To know RaeAnn was to love her...and how her West Street neighbors loved her! My mom, Euna Mae Fagan, was perhaps her greatest fan! "Earth's loss.. Heaven's gain"

Rae Ann was a great cousin ,she always had a smile . She was a very caring person for everyone including all her dogs and cats too.
