Pandora, Ohio Paul Louis Ridinger, age 78, died at 4:30 p.m., Tuesday, December 22, 2015, at Blanchard Valley Hospital, Findlay, Ohio. He was born on November 13, 1937, in Columbus Grove, Ohio, to Theron M. and Georgia H. (Millirans) Ridinger. They both preceded him in death. On October 26, 1957, he married D. Scharon Owens. She survives in Pandora, Ohio. Paul is survived by one son: Gregory (Dawn) Ridinger of Grafton; one daughter: Charlene (Chris) Meyer of Pandora; five grandchildren: Drew (Stephany) Meyer, Zach (Erica) Meyer, Aubrie (Jason) Ridinger, Evelyn Ridinger and Lidia (Tony) Ridinger; two great grandchildren: Jayla and Blake; five brothers: Roger (Virginia) Ridinger of McComb, Robert Ridinger of Pandora and John, Sherman and Norman Ridinger all of Columbus Grove; and two sisters: Mary lee (Ron) Nienberg of Miller City and Linda (Tom) Gray of Ottawa. He was preceded in death by one daughter: Cynthia Ridinger; and two brothers: Warren and Charles Ridinger. Mr. Ridinger had attended Columbus Grove High School. He was a member of the Columbus Grove Christian Church. Paul had worked for Paulding-Putnam Electric Co-Op, retiring after 40 years of service. He had helped in setting the first and second set of lights for the Columbus Grove High School football field at Clymer Stadium. He enjoyed fishing, hunting and traveling with his wife and family. Paul loved spending time with his grandchildren. Services will begin at 11:00 am, Saturday, December 26, 2015, at Hartman Sons Funeral Home, Columbus Grove. Pastor Dan Amstutz will officiate, with burial to follow in Pleasant Ridge Cemetery, Pandora, Ohio. Friends may call from 2:00-8:00pm on Thursday, December 24, 2015, and from 10:00-11:00 am on Saturday prior to the service at Hartman Sons Funeral Home.
