So sorry to hear of Aunt Elaine’s passing. She was a wonderful lady with a heart of gold. What a hard worker she was and boy could she bake those pies! I always looked forward to going to Henry’s to spend a little time with her. She kept the place clean and the employees in line. I recall Elaine and Sarah sitting on the couch at Christmas time with reindeer hats on and acting like silly sisters. Prayers to the family and friends of Aunt Elaine. She will be missed.

She was a great, hard working lady. When she reached an age that she could have retired, it was not an option for her. She wanted to stay busy and involved. I think the mark of a good mother is how her kids turned out. She must have been a really, really good mother! My thanks for the food she sent my way over the years, particularly the liver when they were raising cattle.That was so delicious!
