Martha M Ellerbrock's Obituary
Martha M. Ellerbrock, 91, of Columbus Grove, passed away on Saturday, September 20, 2025. She was born on May 11, 1934, to the late Clarence and Louise (Meyer) Morman. On September 14, 1955, she married the late Elmer B. Ellerbrock.
She was a homemaker and worked for Kersh Insurance until her retirement in 1996. She was a member of St. Anthony's Church, St. Anthony's Alter Rosary Society and was a Life Member of American Legion Auxiliary. She enjoyed reading, traveling with her husband, bowling and was a great cook. She loved her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
She is also survived by her son, Robert (Jackie) Ellerbrock; grandchildren, Joy (Derek) Heitzman and Whitney (John) Spitnale; great-grandchildren, Dane, Louisa and Rosalie Heitzman, Marcus, Winston and Josephine Spitnale; brothers, Paul Morman, Virgil (Marilyn) Morman and David (Sue) Morman; sisters, Joan Ruen and Angela (Norm) Meyers. She was also preceded in death by an infant daughter, Mary; grandson, Marcus Ellerbrock; brothers, James Morman and Linus Morman; sisters, Teresa Morman and Jane Morman; brother-in-law, Paul Ruen; sisters-in-law, Mary Jane Morman and Patricia Morman.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 12PM Friday, September 26, 2025, at St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church, Columbus Grove, OH with Fr. David Ritchie officiating with visitation one hour prior from 11AM - 12PM. Visitation is also on Thursday, September 25, 2025, from 4-8PM at Hartman-Rousculp Community Funeral Home, 10879 SR OH-12 Columbus Grove with a rosary service to follow. Burial to follow at St. Anthony Cemetery.
