Lima, formerly Columbus Grove, Ohio
Lisa Jane Extine, 59, died at 4:17 am, on July 17, 2021, at St. Rita’s Medical Center, Lima. She was born on February 9, 1962, in Toledo. She was the daughter of Paul and Sue (Teegardin) Liebrecht, who both preceded her in death. Her daughter Cassie Extine also preceded Lisa in death.
Her daughter Katie Extine, her “Bonus” daughters, Lillian Jones and Christine Fifer, and her grandson, Terrik Sigler, survive her. Lisa is also survived by her extended family, Janet J. Garlick, Heather (Brian) Addis, Shane (Crystal) Garlick, Nicole (Brian Moran) Garlick, Heath (Missy) Garlick and Corey (Haley) Garlick.
Lisa attended and graduated from Columbus Grove High School, class of 1980. After graduation, she became a beautician. She obtained her insurance license, and was an agent with the AFLAC Company.
She was a Christian, grew up attending St. Anthony Catholic Church with her parents.
Lisa enjoyed going to Indian Lake, gardening and home decorating. Lisa loved her children, but especially her grandson, Terrik. She was an avid Ohio State football fan.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Thursday, July 29, 2021, from 2:00-6:00 p.m., at the Church of Christ, Beaverdam, Ohio.
