The staff of Putnam County Hospice sends our deepest sympathy for your loss. We will keep Leon and all your loved ones and friends in our thoughts and prayers.

Pete was such a warm, kind and caring person and he will be very missed by all who loved and knew him. His generous Spirit, kind heart and love for others can be witnessed in the beautiful family that he raised. I always enjoyed the time I spent talking with him when I was home at Mom and Dad's. We enjoyed exchanging stories about his girls and all of his beautiful grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He was someone that was always there whenever my dad needed him and his kindness and generosity were beyond measure. I pray that the beautiful memories give you comfort, God surrounds you in peace and you find strength in each others presence. My deepest sympathy and condolences to all of you.
Sending our sincere condolences to the entire Siefker family. Pete was one of the Best! Pete and Pat were friends of my parents. Pat was my Godmother. Pete always knew how to make you feel special and I loved his sense of humor, even his fun way of teasing you. After my mother passed away, Pete made sure I received a Christmas card and gift from Pat and himself each year. This touched my heart to know they remembered me and cared. The last time I saw Pete, he told me I needed to come visit him. He said, “I still live in the same ole house!” Hugs to all of you on your great loss. He will be missed. RIP Pete.

So sorry Sandy he was so fun at your garage sales KathyMull Recker
Pete was such a joy to be around! Any time I was home visiting Mom and Dad, I would usually run into Pete helping Dad with something at the funeral home. It was always such a pleasure to see him, and he meant so much to the entire Hartman family! We are thinking of Pete's family during this time of great loss.
Please accept my prayers and deepest sympathy. Pete was a first cousin to my Joe. Their moms were sisters. And I know from what Joe always told me, they had lots of fun and lots of injuries while at Siefkers. Pete's mom would doctor the kids up with macuracom (sp). Asking God to allow Pete to join Joe in Heaven.
