LaDean L. Krontz's Obituary
LaDean L. Krontz, 89, of Columbus Grove, passed away peacefully on Thursday, February 27, 2025. Born on February 12, 1936, in Paulding, she was the daughter of the late Carl and Beulah (Smith) Betts. She married John Krontz Jr., who preceded her in death.
LaDean worked at Triplett Corporation, Bluffton for over 25 years, and also at Kissell Poultry in Columbus Grove for over 10 years. She enjoyed gardening, flowers, dancing, and her pet poodle JoJo.
She is survived by her daughters Loretta Vogt, and Beverly (Phillip) Iams; sons Gerald (Cherylanne) Krontz, Frank Krontz, and Donnie (Janelle) Krontz; numerous grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren; and numerous great great-grandchildren. She was also preceded in death by her son, Jerry Krontz; brothers, Martin "Bob" Betts, Donald Betts, Carl Betts Jr.; sisters Wilma Jean Martz, Eileen Betts, and Shirley Matson.
Funeral Service is 11 am Monday, March 3, 2025 at Hartman-Rousculp Community Funeral Home, 10879 SR OH-12 Columbus Grove. Visitation is also 9 to 11 am Monday, March 3, 2025 at the funeral home.
