June M Sloan's Obituary
June M Sloan, 88, of Columbus Grove, passed away on Wednesday, April 9, 2025, at St. Rita's Medical Center. Born in Allen County, she was the daughter of the late Otis and Laura (Dangler) Renner.
She was a member of the Community Church of Vaughnsville. She was a lifelong horse and animal lover and enjoyed gardening. She was a member of the United Wagon Train, where she was a past Wagon Master and she was also a member of the Buckeye Riders and Drivers.
She is survived by children, Martha "Marty" Kaplan, Boe (Rhonda) Sloan and Jeanna (Billy) Wiswasser; grandchildren, Natalie (Charlie) Aguirre, Heather (Jeremy) Wiswasser, Amber (Aaron) Brown, Emily (Brandon) Miller, Joel Kaplan and Kirby Kaplan; great grandchildren, Carlie Aguirre, Camille Aguirre, Riley King, Tyler Baker, Luke Brown, Taylor Brown, Brylan Miller, Kyler Miller, Huxley Miller; great-great granddaughter, Tilley Baker; and lifelong best friend Cathy Schaaf. She is also preceded in death by siblings, Alex Renner, Claira Pugh, Dolly Hitchcock, Loretta Martin and Marvin Renner.
A celebration of life will be held on June 28, 2025 at Vaughnsville Community Church following the burial in Truro Cemetery, Columbus Grove at 11:00am.
