Sandy died March 19, 2015 and his mother Frances T. Sandy died October 9, 2014. On Friday July 24, 2015, at 11:00 a.m. there will be a joint Graveside Service for Mr. Sandy and his parents, at Cairo West Side Cemetery, with Pastor Rich Rakay, officiating.
