Geneva Benroth Obituary
Vaughnsville, Ohio Geneva "Jenny" M. Benroth, 89, died Tuesday, April 2, 2019, at the Meadows of Delphos. She was born May 22, 1929, in Columbus Grove, to Russell C. and Neva Myrtle (Bauer) Eastman, they both preceded her in death. She had been married to the father of their children, John G. Trask and then in later years to, Marvin Benroth, they both preceded her in death. Jenny is survived by two sons, Michael J. Trask of South Carolina and Phillip C. Trask of Portland, OR; two daughters, Jewelie A. (Michael) Dunlap of Columbus Grove and Kathleen R. Trask of Leipsic; one step-son, Mark M. Benroth of Ottawa; five grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by four brothers, John M. Eastman, George, Eastman, Warren R. Eastman and Kenneth W. Eastman and two sisters, Rachael M. Levison and Marjorie Jenny was a graduate of Columbus Grove High School. She was a member of St. Johns United Methodist Church for 30 years. She had worked at Hilty Memorial Home, Pandora as a Nurse's Aid and was a Girl Scout leader for 15 years. Private family burial will be held at a later date in Vaughnsville Cemetery.
