Jacqualine S. Reed, 76, of Columbus Grove, Ohio, passed away on Monday, December 16, 2024, at home with her family by her side. Born in Bluffton, Ohio, she was the daughter of the late William and Betty (Shinabery) Seyer Jr. She was a member of Columbus Grove Christian Church. She retired from Nickels Bakery and had previously worked for Philips Display Components in Ottawa. She was a member of BCTGM Local 19 and VFW Post 9648. An avid animal lover, she also enjoyed visiting with her neighbors, plants, gardening, and was known for her green thumb.
She is survived by her children, John (Mary A. Rodriguez) Reed and Joy (Joseph) Thomas; brothers, Dennis (Joyce) Seyer and David (Margie) Seyer; and granddaughter, Myranda Thomas.
Funeral service is 1 p.m. Friday, December 20, 2024, at Columbus Grove Chrisitan Church, 105 S. Broadway St, Columbus Grove with visitation two hours prior (11 am to 1 pm). Burial in Truro Cemetery, Columbus Grove. Preferred memorials to American Cancer Society. Arrangements by Hartman-Rousculp Community Funeral Home, 10879 OH-12, Columbus Grove.
