I want to send my sympathy to Fred's family. I always enjoyed Fred coming into my Barber Shop for a haircut. This time of the year was the best because we would have a great discussion about the Reds. He was a great guy who will be missed.
Henry Schuette was my father and has since passed. I remember Dad and Fred would always call each other during high school basketball season. Dad said Fred would always call me when Holgate lost, but Fred would not answer when Holgate won. Those are great memories I will never forget. Harmon Schuette was my grandfather and David and John Schuette are my brothers. Evelyn Schuette is my Mom and she still remembers Dad and Fred talking during basketball season. Dennis.
