Delmar (Bill) Gerhard Schroeder (85), Columbus Grove, passed away from this life February 2, 2024.
Devoted & loving husband, generous and selfless father to three sons, nineteen grandchildren, and four great grandchildren, Delmar is survived by his three sons - Duane Schroeder (Nancy Niese), Lee Schroeder (Jenny Morman), and Neal Schroeder (Patricia Bonello). He is preceded in death by his wife Margaret (Maggie), by his parents (Sam & Romana Schroeder), brothers Omer (Bud) (Kathy Manlik), David (Elaine Vorst), Irvin (Sharon Bendele), and sisters Mary (Bill Koch), Anita (Virgil Verhoff), Sister Marjorie Schroeder, and Anna Maria Schroeder. He is survived by his brother Sam (Anne Fenbert).
Visitation will be at Hartman Sons Funeral Home in Columbus Grove on Monday, February 12th 4-8PM, with Rosary 7PM. The Funeral Mass will be Tuesday February 13th, 11AM, St. Michael’s Findlay (downtown location – SR 12), followed by burial at St. Anthony’s Cemetery Columbus Grove. The family invites prayers, sacrifices, and holy Masses to be offered for the repose of his soul.
