Bluffton, Ohio David Alan Howe, age 54, died at 10:38 a.m., Thursday, May 10, 2018 at Blanchard Valley Hospital, Bluffton, Ohio. He was born July 20, 1963, in Lima, Ohio to John Andrew and Mary Lou (Wert) Howe. His father preceded him in death, June 20, 2006 and his mother survives in Bluffton. David is survived by his two daughters, Mikayla (Josh) Taylor of Waynesfield and Marissa Howe of Lima; four granddaughters, Jordyn, Airie, Rowyn and Paisley; two grandsons, Kadren and Jace; two brothers, Jerry (Cynthia) Howe of Bluffton, Garry (Sue Baker) Howe of Bluffton; brother in-law, Tom (Anita) Bogart of Bluffton; his fiancé, Kim Badertscher of Bluffton and his nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by one daughter, Ashley Howe; one sister, Andrea Bogart and one brother, John Michael Howe. David was a graduate of Bluffton High School, class of 1981, and had attended Bluffton University. He worked for several years as a Route Driver for Aunt Millie's Bakery. He loved to street race his Mustang and was an avid sports fan of the Cleveland Cavaliers, Cleveland Browns and Ohio State Buckeyes. David loved to spend time with his family and friends. There will be a Celebration of Life from 2:00-4:00 pm on Saturday, May 19, 2018, at Beaverdam Richland Fire Department, 201 W. Main St., Beaverdam, Ohio.
