Clinton Curtis "Pete" Sybert's Obituary
Clinton Curtis "Pete" Sybert, 81, of Elida, passed away on Wednesday, December 10, 2025, at his home surrounded by family. He was born on January 3, 1944, to the late Byron and Lenore (Miller) Sybert. He married Barbara Ann (Schmidt) Sybert who survives.
Pete enjoyed cruise-ins with his red Ford Mustang and spending time with his kids, grandkids and great grandkids.
He is survived by sons, Curtis Joe (Debra Etter) Sybert of Cloverdale, Ohio, Gregory James (Cheryl Caruthers) Sybert of Odessa, FL, Steven Shane (Jane Recker) Sybert of Continental, Ohio; sister, Mary R. Sybert of Vaughnsville, Ohio; brother, Alfred R. (Michel) Sybert of Zephyrhills, FL; sisters-in-law, Teresa L. (Van Atta) Sybert of Destin FL, Peggy A. (Brooks) Sybert of Land O' Lakes, FL, Nancy (Schmidt) Meuleman of Bluffton, Ohio, and Katie (Baker) Schmidt of Columbus Grove, Ohio; grandchildren, Austin K. (Emily) Sybert of Continental, Ohio, Joshua S. (Kaitlyn) Sybert of Dupont, Ohio, Dustin (Chelcie) Yoder of Cloverdale, Ohio, Darcy J. (Jordan Offerle) Sybert of Paulding, Ohio; great-grandchildren, Kylie Ann Sybert, Brooks & Jaxon Sybert, Jude Sybert, Holden Yoder and Hallie Yoder; 15 nieces and nephews and 17 great nieces and great nephews. He is preceded in death by brothers, Paul L. (Leatrice J) Sybert, Larry L. (Bonnie A.) Sybert, David H. Sybert, George W. Sybert and Keith L. Sybert; and sister, Jane Decker.
