I enjoyed being on the Emergency Squad with Dick. When I would pick Dick up to go on a transfer, I knew I was in for a "talkatave" treat. I always found out something new. I will miss his e mails and stories. To Dick's family I express my deepest Sympathy.
Sorry to hear about Dick's passing. He was always fun to be around. I will miss him.
Phyllis & Family,So sorry to hear of Dicks passing. You are in our thoughts and prayers. We always enjoyed our time with Dick and will miss him. GWRRA and Chaper N will not be the same without Dick.
I would like to send my sympathies to the family of Dick Otto. I will miss him in my Barber Shop. He always had a good time and had a smile on his face every time I saw him. He was a great guy! Take care.
I met Dick thru EMS world and loved doing transfers with him! He was always friendly and never made me feel like a "new kid on the block", always treated everyone with respect. I am so sad for your loss and mine! He was a very sweet gentleman and will be truely missed!!
Thoughts, prayers and condolences to the Otto family and their friends.-Tom & Gale Beery(Sons of Dave & Vonda Beery)
