Columbus Grove, Ohio Carol J. Palmer, 89, died at 2:10 am, on March 2, 2017, at Hilty Memorial Home, Pandora, Ohio. She was born on September 7, 1927, to Merle and Alta (Hofferbert) Dukes. They both preceded her in death. On March 17, 1946, she married Thomas "Sam" Palmer, he preceded her in death April , 1996. Services will be held at later date.
