Pandora, Ohio Betty Lou Meyer, 88, died at 7:45 am, Thursday, March 16, 2017, at Hilty Memorial Home, Pandora, Ohio. She was born November 4, 1928, in Belmore, Ohio, to Guy and Bertha (Keeran) Zeisloft. They both preceded her in death. On November 3, 1954, she married Denis J. Meyer, he preceded her in death, January 20, 1983. Betty is survived by one son: Steve (Vickie) Meyer of Leipsic; two daughters: Cindy (Tim) Schulte of Ottawa and Karen (Jim) Schroeder of Leipsic; 13 grandchildren: Jenny (Chris) Ruthmeyer, Greg (Laura) Schulte, Lisa (Mike) Bewley, Kevin Schulte, Connie Schulte, Tom (Rachel) Schroeder, Jason Schroeder, David (Breanne) Schroeder, Jacob Schroeder, Matthew Schroeder, Adam (Heidi) Forney, Kyle Forney and Cory (Victoria) Forney; six great grandchildren: Garrett and Owen Schulte, Kenner and Kennlee Forney, Reagan Bewley and Emma Schroeder and one sister in-law: Marilyn Zeisloft of Leipsic. She was preceded in death by three brothers: Robert (Margaret) Zeisloft, Wayne (Christine) Zeisloft and Lloyd Zeisloft. Betty was a graduate of Leipsic High School. She was a member of St. Anthony Catholic Church, Altar Rosary Society and the CLC, Columbus Grove. She had worked at the former Sylvania GTE, Ottawa, was a homemaker, and she had worked at the Imperial Grocery, Bluffton. She was a member of the Golden Girls of Pandora, a celebrated group of ladies that enjoyed attending sporting events. Betty also enjoyed playing cards. Mass of Christian Burial will begin at 10:00 am, Monday, March 20, 2017, at St. Anthony's Catholic Church, Columbus Grove. Father Tom Extejt will officiate, with burial to follow in St. Anthony Church Cemetery. Friends may call from 2:00-8:00 pm, on Sunday, March 19, 2017, at Hartman Sons Funeral Home, Columbus Grove. A Scripture Service will begin at the close of visitation at 8:00 pm.. Memorial contributions may be made to St. Anthony's Church or the Hilty Memorial Home Activity Fund.
