Beth Goedde Obituary
Columbus Grove Beth L. Goedde, 47, died at 6:30 p.m. Aug. 27, 2011, in Kalida. She was born March 3, 1964, in Lima to Raymond and Mary Steele Goedde, who preceded her in death. Ms. Goedde was a 1983 graduate of Columbus Grove High School. She was a nurse's aide at Putnam Acres Care Center, Ottawa. She was a member of United Church of Christ, Columbus Grove. She enjoyed baby sitting and was an avid fan of The Ohio State University Buckeyes and the Dallas Cowboys. She was a coach for the Soccer Association Youth league in Fort Jennings. She will be remembered as kind and loving, but most of all for being a giving person. Survivors include two brothers, Dave (Linda Miller) Goedde, of Kalida, and Dean (Shirley) Goedde, of Columbus Grove; a sister, Brenda Warnecke, of Fort Jennings; a brother-in-law, Larry Warnecke, of Fort Jennings; a sister-in-law, Shirley (Joe) Rosselit, of Kalida; eight nieces and nephews, Jaime (Rob) Frye, Krystle, Desiray and Michael Goedde, Christopher, Joshua and Jennifer Warnecke, and Roger Pardo; and six great-nieces and -nephews, Taylor Lamb, Jayce and Jaret Frye, and Madison, Jasmine and Skylee Pardo. She was preceded in death by a nephew, Matthew Goedde; and a niece, Leanne Goedde Pardo. Services will begin at 11 a.m. Thursday at Hartman Sons Funeral Home, Columbus Grove. Pastor Rich Rakay will officiate. Burial will be in Truro Cemetery, Columbus Grove. Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to Putnam Pet Pals.
