Columbus Grove, Ohio Bernard E. "Gus" Desgrange, 74, died at 12:32 p.m., on Sunday, September 21, 2014, at St. Rita's Medical Center, Lima, Ohio. He was born on January 1, 1940, in Leipsic, Ohio, to Frank and Florence Ellen (Sigler) Desgrange, who preceded him in death. He was married to Darlene Sue (Pugh) Desgrange, who survives in Columbus Grove, Ohio. Mr. Desgrange had been a Commercial Hauler, working for Hoops Trucking of Deshler, Ohio. He later worked at the Philips Company, formerly of Ottawa, Ohio. Gus was a John Deere Tractor enthusiast. Survivors include a sister, Karen Henry, of Ottawa, Ohio. Gus was preceded in death by three brothers Joe, Al and Olen Desgrange. There will be no visitation or services. Online condolences may be made to hartmansonsfuneralhome.com.
