I am one niece of Peggy. Her sister Mildred Christine Phipps was my mom. I have 1 sister Connie And brothers Carl and James John and Tom Phipps. Her brother Ruey had children and sister Glemal children not sure about Paul sand Tandal. I have 4 children brother Carl 5 brother Jim 2 Brother John. 2. Brother Tom none Sister Connie none.
